Knowledge and Enthusiasm

I graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Commence and am a member of the Real Estate Association. I am well versed regarding the GTA market, especially condos in the core downtown area as well as the houses, townhouses, and condos in the Markham area as well.

Moreover, having been a resident in Markham for 20+ years, I have performed various volunteer jobs for the local schools and sports teams. With my kids growing up in the community, I thoroughly enjoy contributing back to this lovely neighbourhood.

I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, which pairs nicely given the diversity in Markham and Toronto, allowing me to effectively negotiate on behalf of my clients in various languages. Not to mention, I am proactive and have taken the initiative to attend a variety of seminars and conferences about various negotiation tactics, market forecasts, and economic trends to equip me with the knowledge to succeed and to maximize my client’s value in this major life investment.
